The reality is that not everyone passes first time and nobody really likes the thought of not passing an exam first time. To counter this, SPOCE offer a unique and free* 'Exam Resit Pack' to give delegates that EXTRA peace of mind regarding a second attempt at the exams.

*Terms and conditions

• The Safehands Guarantee is available complementary with SPOCE PRINCE2 or MSP 5 day Practitioner courses booked at the full standard price
• The Safehands Guarantee is not transferable to any other person than the delegate attending the course
• The Safehands Guarantee includes the SPOCE Passport e-Learning product, and one Practitioner exam credit
• The Exam Resit Pack (the e-Learning license and exam credit) is valid for 6 months from the date of dispatch from SPOCE
• All exams are only available through SPOCE, and are not transferable to any other organisation
• Individuals qualifying for the The Safehands Guarantee must state this when contacting SPOCE to arrange delivery and resit dates
• All requests for the The Safehands Guarantee must be made within 3 months of taking the original exam
• No cash equivalent or refund is available if a candidate passes the Practitioner exam on their first attempt during their main training  event
